Search & command

Press ⌘K to search the dataset catalog, find layers and actions, and connect data — from anywhere in the workspace.

The command bar is the fastest way to move around the workspace and bring in data. Open it from the top bar or with the keyboard shortcut.

Open it

Press ⌘K (macOS) or Ctrl+K (Windows/Linux), or click the search box in the top bar.

Find datasets

Search the built-in dataset catalog and add data to your workspace in a click — no hunting across the web. (See Data & formats for the full picture.)

Find layers & actions

  • Jump to any layer or dataset already in your workspace.
  • Run actions — switch views, toggle panels, and other common commands.
  • Connect data fast — paste a service URL and the workspace connects to it directly.

Tips

Start typing to filter instantly; use the arrow keys to move, Enter to select, and Esc to close.
