FAQ

Questions, answered

What is a credit?

A credit is your usage fuel. Every AI request and analysis job draws from your credit balance — light tasks cost less, heavy reasoning and compute cost more. $1 = 100 credits.

What happens when I hit my weekly limit?

Top up instantly with a credit pack (auto-reload is optional), or wait for your weekly allowance to refresh. Work never has to stop.

Do credits roll over?

Your weekly allowance refreshes each week and does not roll over. Credits you purchase as top-ups stay in your balance until you use them.

What is the difference between credits and storage?

Credits cover usage — AI and analysis. Storage covers data kept at rest. They are billed separately: $1 = 100 credits, and $1 = 5 GB of storage per month.

Which AI models do I get?

You choose a provider — Default, Gemini, Claude, or GPT depending on your plan — and we route to the right model for each task.

Monthly or annual?

Both. Annual billing gives you 2 months free on every plan and storage add-on.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data stays available, read-only, for 30 days after cancellation. After that it is removed.
