Pre-launch status

Geo-Intellisense is in pre-launch. The website provides information about the product and lets you join a waitlist. The product itself is not yet generally available, and features described may change before launch.

Use of the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it — including attempting to disrupt it, access it through unauthorised means, or submit unlawful or abusive content through our forms.

Waitlist and communications

Joining the waitlist indicates your interest in early access and consents to us emailing you about it. There is no guarantee of access, timing, or specific pricing, all of which may change.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, branding, and design are owned by Geo-Intellisense and protected by applicable law. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geo-Intellisense will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
